How to delete uploaded files in Formfacade?

You can permanently delete the uploaded files using the delete option for the responses in the Formfacade task page.

Step 1: Open your task page > Select SUBMITTED responses > Click on the response to view the details.
Step 2: Form responses including link to uploaded files will be displayed. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the DELETE button.
Step 3: Move to Trash confirmation popup will be displayed. Select delete attachments checkbox and then click on the CONFIRM button to permanently delete the uploaded files.
Step 4: The response will be move to TRASH and the uploaded files will be deleted. Instead of a link to the uploaded file, only the file name will be displayed as a response for that file upload question.
